So 2020 has turned out to be a terribly written movie thus far. From a pandemic, the loss of Kenny Rogers, Canada implementing an assault weapons ban, you’d thought we had our setbacks for the year. However life is unpredictable, and now Killer Hornets have found their way to the US.
The largest sized specified of hornets in the world, also known as “murder hornets” have been found in northwestern Washington. These killer hornets prey on larger insects like praying mantises, wasps, and honey bees. To put this in perspective, one hornet can kill up to 40 honey bees in one minute!
These deadly Asian giant hornets have a stinger long enough to poke through a beekeeping suit. Their sting has been described excruciating combination like hot metal being driven through the skin. Yes, their sting is potentially deadly to humans.
Hopefully we can stop these hornets from predators from over taking the US now before they grow in numbers.

I live in Bellingham, WA and do not look forward to meeting up with any of those killer bees. I’ve watched video’s from Asia where they built massive hives in the ground under tree stumps and people hiking have been attacked. There’s lots of areas for them to hide out here. I’d like to see the plan to get them under control.
